I know this sounds like an odd request, but for some reason behind one of your counters is a huge wedding picture that I immediately recognized – the bride in that picture is a childhood crush of mine who broke my heart VERY badly and seeing pictures from her wedding is extremely painful for me. I would appreciate it of you moved it to a place where I won’t be able to see it next time I visit your store.

I waited on the phone for 18 minutes to ask the pharmacy a question (the whole time it said there was 1 caller ahead of me) and eventually hung up out of frustration. I called another pharmacy and got the answer I needed in less than a minute.
