A young girl working at the customer service desk as you walk in was not professional at all! I needed copies of a court proceedings ! She ask to see it so she could read it. I said no! She ask me what it was. I replied , that was none of her concerns, all she needs to know is how many copies I needed! She was she got very indignant & said then we don’t do that here waving me off as to say it was not important to help the customer. Then said to the officer he won’t let me read it .The manager pointed me to the check cashing place across the street. I explained to that girl the it was not a requirement for people to show personal information to her to get copies! Then asked if she understands? She never answered, but the officer answers for her! I feel that wasn’t his place! He should have let her experience some humility!
