I’m not one to write reviews but I have to make an exception. I went into the Franklin square location on Hempstead turnpike a few days ago and couldn’t find what I was looking for I was assisted by an employee he was one of the nicest person I have met in a long time. Ricardo was very patient with me and even asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Whatever questions I had he was very knowledgeable with his responses. This is what customer service should always be about.
