Submitted prescription request a week ago and it hasn’t been filled. Website says call the pharmacy. Their phone system makes you go through the menus and places you in line. Then when you get the front of the line 30 minutes later, they don’t answer. As if people need another barrier to overcome before getting their medicine.

Due to an issue with a product I asked to speak to the manager. The staff reported back to her on the phone but I was told she was too busy working and was not coming out to speak to me and they would not let me speak to her over the phone. So much for customer service!! Clear lack of compassion. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this branch over the years for my home and for my kids in college on their supplies. I am taking my business elsewhere.
