I’m a long time customer of Waffle House. Today I sat at the counter and no waitress came over. There were three waitresses in the restaurant and no other customers. The cook took my order and the music was so loud we had trouble communicating. He prepared my food and set it on the counter with no utensils, no condiments and no coffee. He walked away and still no waitress came over. I waited about a minute and a half and just got up and walked out. Terrible experience. Will never go back to that location.

Went in sat down. 6 people are working that I seen . The place was not busy at all. We sat and waited 20 minutes and no service ! One male asked another waitress what are you going to do about them? Her answer was I am not serving them ! My husband and I are traveling from Pa to Fl. I was looking forward to eating Waffle house as we don’t have any in our area. We ended up leaving, no drinks ,no nothing ! They were all behind the counter just looking at us ! Very disappointed with this particular Waffle house . If I could give zero stars I would !
