Accident or idiocy? Purched prime rib that someone had cut along the bone and then hid with string to reattach. Will not purchase meat here again.

It was a grocery store! Also if they’re out of something ask because they might have some in the back. Shout out to the guy who grabbed me some fresh rosemary when there wasn’t any out on display.

The order on line and pick up feature Is one of my favorite things. The app is very easy to order from and the staff always calls to find out if there is a substitution they can make if something is out of stock. I don’t have to fight those ridiculous lines,I pull up, call-in and they bring out the groceries that they got for me. I am especially impressed with the customer service I received from Marcos! He is polite and always goes above and beyond has called me several times to suggest substitutions if they are out of an option. He is always quick to bring my groceries to me, loads them up in the car and is genuine in his interaction as is most of the pick up staff!
