I’ve never been disappointed with their service department.Joe Tiso, my service manager, is very knowledgeable on the care for my Volvo.He always clearly explains the repairs needed on my Volvo by the necessity and discusses related costs, (sometimes with promotional sales) & timing. A repair record is kept in my Volvo’s file on what repairs to address within next visit(s). It helps that your Volvo’sInformation is logged and you don’t have to start over every time you bring your car in for service. Great experience purchasing our first CPO XC40 here. Smooth and no nonsense transaction. Matthew Fiordalisi, our sales associate, was very personable and took his time with answering all of our questions and orienting us with our new SUV. The VIP plus program is a great added perk (NYS inspection, oil changes, and tow service for the life of ownership of the vehicle). Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Volvo.
