Sergio and the finance team were great to work with! I’m a tough critic having been raised by an old school car salesman. Sergio had answers to my questions and when he didn’t or couldn’t be the responsible party to answer, he was honest and up front about that. Highly respected! These guys were all very patient and were there 2 hours after closing time to finish out this purchase for me. Being a sales person myself, I know we give up our personal time to give our clients the best experience and make the process smooth, happy and successful. I appreciate they all did that. The detail shop was already closed, the car had been at the storage lot, so it had a little dirt on it and Sergio at least made the effort to send me off with a cleaned off car and an I owe you for the detail. Great way to handle it! I would definitely recommend this dealership and see myself returning in the future! Thank you very much!
