I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received. Even though trailers were in short supply, mine came in just in time for me to leave for my trip. I had sold a smaller trailer by a different manufacturer. The new one gave such a better ride than my previous one. I had clothes hanging in both trailers, but the clothes stayed hanging on my new V-Nose trailer. It was a much smoother ride. I had trouble, due to lack of strength, to be able to latch the back of the trailer.I took the trailer back in. In no time, Joe had made me an extension that went over the existing bar, giving me the additional leverage I needed. I certainly would recommend this business.
