Lou Lou made this an unforgettable memory! She made the day go very smoothly but enjoyable! The staff there is so energetic and made everyone feel so welcomed! The selections they have is amazing, it was difficult for me to say yes to the dress because of the many different selections but we found an amazing dress I can’t wait to wear for my wedding! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

From start to finish, Virginia’s bridal was a dream to work with! I came across this location while searching for a Pronovias trunk show outside of Manhattan. Although Virginia’s bridal was my first stop in wedding dress shopping and 30 miles from my home, I knew right away it would be my only stop!! From my first appointment to my last, my bridal consultant Nani was absolutely AMAZING! Patient and kind, she walked me through every step with professional honesty and without pressuring me. Nani listened to what I was looking for and pulled some beautiful options, and even picked the most gorgeous Pronovias veil to go with my chosen Pronovias gown. Nani was with me every step of the way and made something that could be potential very stressful into such a wonderful and fun experience!!Each and every time I went in, I was always greeted with a smile, an impeccably clean salon and unwavering accommodations to fit my busy schedule. My alterations done by Denise were perfection!! I wasn’t thrilled with the sleeves that my dress came with, and Denise MADE my dream sleeves after rush ordering additional appliques from Pronovias in Spain! The material of my dress was extremely difficult to work with but looked seamless with Denise’s alterations and bustle!Your wedding dress is such a crucial part of your big day and both Nani and Denise made sure that my dress was absolutely perfect for my wedding day! I highly recommend Virginia’s Bridal, especially to anyone who is not a fan of the “wedding factory” feel of the larger bridal salons. Thank you Virginia’s Bridal for a truly wonderful bridal experience!!!

Lou Lou is the only reason I gave 2 stars that this place even deserves. A month before the wedding and 3 days or so before the fitting, they call me to state that one seamstress was sick and the backup was unavailable, I mean, you are running a bridal business after all, why not have a couple of seamstresses on hand for emergencies like these? My dress has a lot of intricate work, and hearing this a month before the wedding, my heart dropped! There was absolutely no care in how they handled the issue. Lou Lou was the only person to offer me advice. I was on my own to look for seamstresses around the county. They called and gave me a suggestion for a particular place, when I called the tailor, she seemed very rude and just rushed (not the first impression I was hoping to get)!If you are a bride, I definitely don’t recommend. My experience was superb up until the last minute (the most important month of the whole wedding experience!).UPDATED REPLY TO THEIR COMMENT: The truth being – they offered me ONE seamstress option (just one, and that seamstress seemed so rushed!!). I had already found other seamstresses before I went to pick up my fully paid bridal gown, and when I mentioned who it was, Lou Lou confirmed that it was a good seamstress and gave her the card (all Lou Lou’s doing again – she was the only one who cared). There were no multiple seamstresses being offered. I’m reducing this to one star, just based on the response I’m getting.
