I believe if you’re paying for a service that you should get the service that you pay for. Pleasing the client is the most important thing. Not pleasing yourself. I was satisfied with my hair and the employees out front. But beware of who you chose to do your hair. My sister and I are both seniors but don’t look like it. But look that’s not the point. When someone comes to you and tells you that they changed their mind about the hair style, you should accommodate them or reschedule. Not argue with them. I’m very unhappy about the way my big sister was treated. Not all hair dressers there are not like that. But what right is right and what wrong is wrong. Profanity isn’t appropriate in a place of business. You don’t know whose hair you may be doing.Do better, Be netter. Good bless you all.

It’s a good store. The workers are nice but sometimes seem grumpy or a have a lil attitude. They have a lot of stuff for fair prices. However, I really don’t like the hair extensions I bought from them. I paid about $100 for these clip ons and they’re terrible. With the COVID-19 going on, I can’t return it. I feel like I wasted my money on these , I could’ve gotten something better. I know I shouldn’t expect The super best quality for $100 but come on, they look like someone cut off some of the hair to thin em out. Before I purchased them, They told me I might need to buy another . Now, I see why..Pls lmk if this is normal for hair extensions to be cut up at the roots and on the way down they look a bit layered cut. All of the hair extensions are like this except 1 or 2 of them. I really hope this isn’t a product someone used and returned or a way to get me to buy another one. Yes, these are new extensions and only wore once. The brand is Zury Lurex. Argan oil treated human hair, 18 inches.UPDATE: As a response to the owners Response Below I was not offered to look at the other options . They kept everyone lined up outside and I wasn’t allowed to shop and look around the store. The only moment I was allowed to go inside was to make a purchase. One of the workers brought out 2 hair extensions and I had to pick from one of them. I wasn’t able to look at the quality or anything. Only was able to look at them from the door due to the COVID situation. I told her I never bought hair extensions before and She told me it was a good brand and so I trusted her opinion since she was an employee and had more experience with hair products. And I felt a bit rushed because I was holding up the line outside and was having a hard time making a decision since i was not able to see the other options there might have been available. And still, the quality of the extensions were terrible and they do look used and thin. Even when I wore them. They were still very thin and very useless to wear. So 1st- Instead of feeling insulted, perhaps let the customer check the quality of your products before you convince them to buy so they don’t end up regretting it later. 2nd- you say “speak to someone to get it fixed “ how exactly would you be able to fix this situation?? I’m obviously not going to be able to return this product and you are not going to offer my money back sooo what exactly would be the solution since you are indicating that there may be? Im not stereotyping here. I said SOMETIMES they have an attitude. Btw, U have a few reviews here already of some people who also claimed that sometimes the workers have attitude, I’m not the only one here who thinks that. Perhaps you should take those reviews into consideration and apply it to better your customer service. Thanks

This store is a fire waiting to happen. There are items on the floor that make it hard to maneuver through the store. Definitely time to grow to a bigger location. They won’t tell you prices over the phone which is so weird to me. I think you lose more customers than you gain by doing that. Despite those flaws, they have a great selection of items & some knowledgeable staff. That’s what keeps me coming back. Recently drove from LA because I searched many beauty supplies in the area with no luck.
