Most people like to post right after the work is done, but I felt I would give the installation some time and then give my opinion/feedback. Vineyard Flooring was truly professional from the first telephone call to the after installation follow-up! After looking at various “Brick & Mortar” showrooms, it was difficult to compare different styles to our decor. We contacted Vineyard Flooring, because of the convenience of the “mobile showroom” that was advertised. We have been truly impressed with their showroom, knowledge, selection and utmost with the overall customer service. Scott answered our many detailed questions, addressing many common misconceptions we had when it came to vinyl flooring, especially Luxury Vinyl Planking floorings. Our initial choice was a normal width LVP flooring, but after seeing a vast selection of LVPs up close and personal, our choice wound up being the Republic Extra Wide Pure SPC Flooring – Great California Collection – Scarlett Oak, we definitely have NO BUYER’S REMORSE, as we feel then as we do now, it was the best decision made. The install process was a little bit out of the norm, considering the floorplan/walls were not the traditional setup. Scott and his crew came up with a plan to lay the floor, which was a little unconventional but the end product speaks for itself as we have had numerous compliments on how the floor looks. The installation itself was quick, and the crew were true craftsmen that worked fast and hard. We were extremely impressed how Jason & Scott were in the mix many times making sure everything was going to plan.I cannot overstate my recommendations for Vineyard Flooring. Their usage of top quality materials to make sure their customers receive a quality product that lasts, and knowledge/skill of their trade to perform an installation that looks model home perfect. Even further, Jason and Scott went beyond the norm and worked with us when surprise issues arose keeping us informed and what actions were being taken – this is a mark of business owners that care about their customers. If you’re looking for amazing flooring with people that can be absolutely trusted, be sure to contact Vineyard Flooring. Not only is the pricing as competitive, but you are guaranteed a personal touch that seems lost today with all the “Box Store” competition that is out there.
