I had an excellent experience with Vince’s Auto Body Works! The minute I pulled into the parking lot the owner immediately came out whom was very friendly and professional and told me he’d make my car look brand new like it did before. I was freaking out and very upset because my vehicle was parked and I came out the next morning to extensive damage to my car and the person fleeing the scene. I was not left a note or anything. I was concerned my insurance premium would go up but he assured me it wouldn’t because it was a no fault accident. I put my trust in him and decided to go through my insurance because he was right, it was a no fault accident. Why should I have to pay cash out of my pocket to fix something someone else did that I didn’t do? Vince’s Auto Body Shop took care of everything for me. They spoke with my insurance company for me and gave them the details as to what had happened to where I barely had to speak with them regarding the situation that had occurred. I had rental car coverage which I was able to obtain within 30 minutes which made the process much easier so I was able to get to and from work.Once my car was completed (which was completed two days in advance than the expected due date), I could not be more impressed with the work that was done. They not only fixed my car, but they made it look newer than when I originally brought it in. The whole experience was such a smooth transition from dropping my car off to getting my rental car. I HIGHLY recommended Vince’s Auto. He truly cares about his customers and will work with you with whatever you need. I will be referring EVERYONE I know that friends, family, strangers, etc. to Vince’s. I am telling you, you will leave with a smile on your face and more money in your pocket than you thought you would. I promise you, you will not regret it.
