Before entering the store, there is an employee standing outside.(which is totally fine at first) They then interrogate you about what/why you are going into the store. Similar experience once you are inside too. I don’t feel like justifying my existence the second I walk into a store. Very off putting.

Because the cashier was rushing, she left a security tag on my PJs. I live too far from any VS store and i have too pay for uber which cost me more than $50. I called there and the manager refused to send me something in exchange or help me. That was a Christmas gift for my friend and I’m so sorry that i failed because of Victoria Secret.This was not a good service.

Not a pleasant experience. Went to the store to order two items online that they did not have my size in store and the staff was quite unaccommodating. I had two coupons I wanted to use: One was a free panty coupon from the PINK app for any value up to $12.50 and one was a $20 out of $60 coupon I got in store which I had a picture of. The associates refused to help as they said they can’t do it in store. The manager then said the panty coupon was only for $5 value when the terms and conditions of the coupon clearly stated up to $12.50 value. For the $20 out of $60 coupon they kept insisting that the card had to be used in person so they could “rip it off” which does not make sense because every code is unique so once it is used it cannot be reused. When physical coupons are used in the app, we enter them manually and once it is used the coupon is invalid. So why can’t they do this in store? Really upsetting and tiring experience trying to convince the VS workers to help me.
