1st time visiting this place.. The Staff here needs some serious up-training. They don’t seem to care about the customers’ satisfaction at all. They will NOT offer any type of compensation for mechanical or employee related problems which give cause to an unsatisfactory customer experience. I won’t go into details but I will say I was VERY disappointed with the experience all around. When I expressed my disappointment to the Manager on duty, Caleb I believe was his name, I was met with opposition & argumentative dissidents. Probably won’t be back.

It’s a nice place to bowl with a good amount of lanes. The downside is that all of the balls were off the shelves and so selections were limited to only what your lane already had. There were no spares on the racks. Also having to wear a mask while bowling is a pain because you breathe heavier which makes it very uncomfortable. Overall, not a bad place, but uncomfortable with masks and and incorrect ball sizes available.
