I ordered 2 printed shirts on May 14th 2020 for my daughters birthday on May 23rd. They gave me a pick up date of May 22nd when I arrived they hadn’t even done them.The owner told me to return the next morning at 10 am I stood outside waiting till 10:25 am until they arrived to open and shirts were still not ready I had to wait another 10 minutes while they ironed on the prints on the shirts. I placed the order with time so I wouldn’t be running around on her birthday which I still ended up doing because of this business not having my items ready on time. They have very nice things and do good work but need to be more considerate to honor datelines specially when placed with time ahead.
