This rating will be 1 star because there is no possible way not put down 0. I own an automotive shop in Iowa and was calling in to inquire about several parts on a car were working on, and i received the most rude and unprofessional treatment i have ever dealt with any one in this industry. I believe this is the first time i EVER left a review for a business… thats how angry i feel. For the good of your business you should do something about this matter, unless its the owner thats the problem…
