My wife and I had gone into the store to replace my wife’s used iPhone 8 with brand new iPhone 12 pro. Vito helped us from start to finish. He was very professional and knowledgable. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We left the store satisfied with the service and I can say Vito’s professionalism and knowledge has exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the next day, my wife noticed some irregularities (the phone was defective) with the phone and we called Vito right away. He reassured us that we were within the 14 day return/replace policy and helped us order a brand new phone at no extra charge (except for a small standard restocking fee). He called us as soon as the phone had arrived in the store. I went back in to return the defective phone and after examining the phone for potential scratches, and confirming that it was scratch free, Vito replaced it with the new one – no questions asked. Thank you Vito for all your help.

Do not recommend it! We tried to return a phone two days later, as we found it at a much cheaper price. But they did not accept it, saying that there is some non-existent scratch that no one else except them could see and feel. They just didn’t want to accept a return. Our family has been their regular customers for many years, and now they lost us as clients.

This is the best Verizon store I’ve been to. The employees speak English and Russian languages. I bought a new iPhone and they transferred all the information from my old phone to my new phone. I appreciate the girl and the guy for a great professional service that was provided. Really recommend this store!!!!!
