Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and professional at this Verizon Store. Cody in particular was such a patient and kind representative and walked me through several issues step by step. If I ever need help with my phone or phone accessories, this will be my first stop. Gabriel too was super helpful! One of the best Verizon stores!

Really disappointed in the customer service. I asked to be put on my fiance’s plan and currently had service with another provider. There were 3 people working that day and it took almost 2 hours to complete the transfer. The staff repeatedly told us they had no idea what was going on or what they were doing. It was extremely frustrating. When the number transfer was complete I needed to purchase another phone and was rushed into buying a real P.O.S. I was told that the phone was the same as my previous phone which is was not so, the case I had didn’t fit and also the phone I receieved has very poor performance and I wasn’t really given an option to look at phones due to being pressed for time and the unprofessionalism of the staff. Will stick with Verizon but will not be returning. Your staff needs to be better trained.

Only one person working there. Waited 30 minutes to buy a charger. Could have asked her customer if she could simply ring me up as they spent time decided and chatting about phone plans. Didn’t have an option as no other stores carried what I needed. On the up note, she was very apologetic and thankful for my patience, which by that point was in short supply.
