Great experience with Wireless Zone – I misplaced my phone last week and needed to activate an old device until I could retrieve the lost one. Eddie was terrific and so helpful – he found me a sim card for the old phone and made sure I was fully up and running before I left the store – excellent customer service and professionalism.

i had issues with my new I phone and went to visit this store to see if they could help me.. I am technologically challenged and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I dealt with Lindsay and she was unbelievably helpful and polite. Turned out my phone was defective and she helped me through the whole process of dealing with Verizon and apple to get a warranty replacement and when I received it and went back she was awesome helping me get my new phone set up..
