I was impressed, I was having issues with my phone, I couldn’t even use it. I spoke with Tremaine he spent about 3 minutes with my phone and the problem was solved. He was very patient and understanding. I will definitely return to this location for any other problems I may have….

Same experience as Richard who commented below. I was told that I will need to pay only $13 for an extra Ipad, but when I saw the bill come, I had an extra $20 for an additional line for the Ipad plus an activation fee of $40 and taxes. When I reviewed with them, they could not cancel the Ipad and the line and I had to agree for a $17 plus taxes per month. I am unhappy for the only factor that I was not told about all the additional prices above when I asked and also that I feel bad about Verizon as a whole due to this experience the first time I joined them. So, I feel very bad about the customer experience. So, I suggest everyone to be very clear of all the charges that you should expect. Thanks. All – The above was just a first glance of the issue I faced in the initial days. Later, I cam to know of a large issue for which I have to pay ~$500. To summarize, I went to the store to move my 2 numbers to Verizon. I was able to do that with the associate present who was helpful and then I was asked by the Store manager Andrew that he had an Ipad offer where I would get a $500 rebates. That was the BIGGEST mistake I did by believing him and accepting the offer. Now, I have ended up paying ~$20 every month for the next 2 years till I pay off the Ipad cost of ~$300 so amounting to above ~$500 in total. I took the Ipad as suggested hoping to get the rebates, but the rebates did not come through as the store manager gave me a coupon code that was invalid. So, I went and talked to him on what happened multiple times but he did not help at all. I then talking to his District Manager, Nate, who also did not help us and was very rude and asked to go away for a mistake they committed. Then, I posted on the Facebook site and there also the team did not help me. So, I decided to move on reporting to FCC and the Better Business Bureau and Fcc.gov ( Federal Communications Commission) as the team as really not helpful. I wanted at least people to know what happened and to be careful in any transaction that you agree to. I will surely report here if something was fixed, but now after 3 months, and so many visits to the store, I do not believe they care and would fix anything. Snapshots from my posts attached for people who really want to know what happened. Also, go look at their FB site where so many people have complained about incorrect charges and issues.
