Caz was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. he showed us the pros and cons of different approaches to setting up our account and helped us choose the correct plans for our intended use of our phones. He never pressured us or tried to get us to buy things we wouldn’t need, and genuinely wanted to help us have the best experience. In addition, he went above and beyond by offering to help us anytime even if he was on his days off to make sure that we would be happy with our choices.
