The experience I had at this store was phenomenal! I was treated so well by Arianna. I felt so welcomed and had all my questions addressed. She was quick with everything without making me feel rushed. She did an amazing job applying my screen protector to my phone, a job no one really wants to do but she has it mastered. She has such an awesome personality and is clearly a gem! I will absolutely visit this location again.

Terrible store! Each time you visit, every employee will give you different information. Half the times the store is closed even on the so called open hours. Even if you come back at the time on sign, there is no one there. The representatives called Sweet and Sandra were nice, the one called Michelle was rude. None of these people are consistent with information, all representatives at this store will tell you different things about the plan. Came across some other customers at the store, who also mentioned that this store is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to an authorized Verizon store!

An extremely rude store manager and a horrifying experience at this store today. Out of nowhere, he asked me to leave the store, called the cops, then pushed me out of the store just because I am not the authorized owner of my family account, while I was attempting to contact the owner of my family account to get me authorized. It is just absurd that something like this can happen in a business like Verizon, still recovering from the shock and horror.
