We’ve been Verizon customers for years and can’t begin to tell you how relieved we were to actually have a Verizon store experience where staff actually knew what they were doing while being kind, efficient and very helpful.Trevor, a gentleman and an excellent ‘teacher’ for both my very techno savvy daughter and me, who’s not nearly so savvy – was completely helpful, along with his trainee, Alon, smart and sweet and patient, provided much assistance giving us just the information we needed without any push for us to buy.We chose our Samsungs – two different models – and Trevor and Alon answered dozens of questions in a clear and patient manner. Not that I’m necessarily a hug fan of Verizon. The five stars is for Antoine. ( I might need to recheck his name and spelling).I needed assistance with setting up a cell phone that I purchased (refurbished ) that would also require a new service plan. I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing. Antoine was super helpful with my many questions and made a suggestion that saved me additional money. This was my first smart phone, therefore I probably presented more questions than most customers. He was so pleasant about all the questions, even though he had a long day. Thanks!
