Lisette was awesome from the moment I called the location to ask for office hours. Came in, checked in and was told the wait would be 45 minutes, to my surprise we were seen within 15 minutes prior to checking in which was awesome. Lisette greeted us with a smile and was very interactive with explaining the phones, plans and everything we needed to know before opening up our new account. She is a great asset to the company and appreciate her warm enthusiastic personality. So kudos to you!!! You made it worth switching carriers.
