Andrew is the best service manager. Andrew kept order and let the customers know the policy and waiting time. He asked each customer their need and made sure he met that need. My experience with Andrew was exceptional. He helped me in choosing my new phone, setting up the phone with transfer from my old phone. He was polite, informative, knowledgeable, a master at multi tasking, helpful but mostly congenial. Andrew made my buying a new phone experience very pleasant and joyful.

Brian from Verizon was a very helpful person he did everything i asked him for .he help me before where the manager of the store couldn’t help me neglect my question on helping me because I have a problem with my phone,but because of Brian he fixed the problem and help reset the password I appreciate his help .Yesterday I came to the store because of Brian I bought four brand-new iPhone 12 . I do appreciate Brian help and I wish The management to look into that.Brian is a good asset to Verizon company and I think he should be in a management position.
