Joseph was awesome. He spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find the issue with my iPhone 11Pro with all calls not ringing through. The end result was that it was a manufacturer problem. We decided my best option was to get a new phone (iPhone 12Pro). I was so pleased with Joseph’s patience in checking the entire phone for all possibilities as to the problem was amazing.
