Robert was extremely helpful and super friendly. When we asked questions he knew the correct answers when his coworkers did not. We were grateful the guy who greeted us passed us off to Robert. When I told the first guy I don’t remember ever paying an upgrade fee, he basically said I was wrong. He’s never seen it, they’ve been charging for it the past 15 years. I thought I was maybe wrong then. But with my company’s discount that fee is waived and Robert confirmed this. Anyways Robert was excellent and I will seek him out for any future transactions.

Roger Spencer was AWESOME! Roger took the time to explain the current offers worked with me on turning off an additional phone line that I was not using & took me to the website to set-up auto pay & go paperless. Roger explained how to use my new phone & setup my Son’s phone as well.Roger transferred my apps from my old phone to my new phone. Roger was so awesome, he stayed to ensure everything was working properly on my phone he was off at 4:30 but stayed until 5:30! Now that EXCELLENT customer service!Roger YOU ROCK! Thank you for your phenomenal service!And a big shout out to Robert he went to the Ontario Mills Verizon to find me a cover for my new Samsung Galaxy S21 phone! Awesome TEAM WORK!
