I was quite pleased with the service i received while in Verizon of Andalusia. I was greeted immediately after I walked in.Alexander was very knowledgeable about every device in the store. He had a great professional personality.I felt he was there for the customer and did a wonderful job in explaining and answering all the questions I had.I definitely recommend that everyone go in and see Alexander! He’ll take care of all your cell phone needs!!

Went in to upgrade not one but two phones. Argh, never a good experience. But this time had a rep named Bridget. She made the entire thing (it aways take awhile) a really enjoyable experience. She was fun to talk to, super knowledgeable, and made the time go by quickly. Can’t say I’ve ever had that before at a phone store. Great job!
