This is the best experience I’ve had at a phone store ever! Sarah was extremely helpful, so knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I were setting up a new phone plan and she helped with that as well as getting new phones and all the accessories. The entire staff at this store was so friendly too! Would definitely recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs.

The associate and manager were very welcoming. Vinnie spent a great deal of time insuring that I had everything that I came for and managed to not only reduce my monthly bill but I also got a great deal on my trade-in phone. I would recommend this location over the others that I have done business with in the capital district area.
