My husband and I went to this Verizon store to add me to his plan and to get additional devices for our household. We met with Kaila to finalize the details of the online chat. I was so impressed with Kaila’s knowledge and willingness to assist us. She was the only one at the store and had another customer. She was very polite and let us know she would be with us as soon as she could. During this time, she was taking other calls and dealing with FedEx. Kaila never missed a beat! She was in complete control and so pleasant. I went back today to pick up our products and had the pleasure of meeting Kaila again today. The service was awesome again. Kaila took care of everything and what she said was what we got. Also, during this time, I spoke to a few other employees and all were really great. It was a pleasure doing business at this location. I came into Verizon to switch carriers and couldn’t be happier to have been helped by Kaila. My previous carrier made us jump through hoops in order to get my phone unlocked and Kaila did nothing but her best to assist me in navigating me through the process instead of turning me over to customer service. Greatest customer service you can ask for!
