Very helpful in getting my trade in taken care of. But then I come home to get a message from verizon saying I still owe the past due(253) when I was told and asked them to charge that to the card I was using. They said they did, but they did not. The man charged me for like 3 other things I did not buy, watch out if shopping here for extra charges and not chrging for what they are saying they are, they did not show the charges as covid, you cant get that close. Along when calling verizon they said it got refunded to the card used, it did not. People are struggling right now. And you do not have any decency for them!!!! HOW DARE YOU. Charge them for what they are asking and talking about or if not able to just say it!!!!
