Ordered a phone, wrong phone got ordered a worse yet more expensive. Called in got told by Shawna the manager to wait a few minutes until they were done with their current customers, fine. 2 hours go by i call again Shawna says to me that it will just be another couple minutes and that i will always be last because shes going to take care of the customers in the store first. 2 more hours go by and she yet again tells me to wait longer. 4 hours and no service. Told her to cancel the order still waiting.

The don’t price match their own website and the employees are generally unhelpful with questions regarding their website. They are nice people and will help you out in store with most questions but some things they just don’t seem to know or care to know
