This store was a pleasure to do business with. The store manager, Cristo was a pleasure to deal with. He greeted me right away, and was very patient and kind throughout. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me in picking the best plan and phone that would work for me; he is very educated on the technology that Verizon offers. He took his time and didn’t rush, which many other stores do, they just want to get you in and out. The other store associates were kind and respectful to the other customers that came in after me; it was truly a pleasure. I definitely recommend this store; ask for Cristo!

The worker at the front desk has a Napoleon complex. The manager same thing. Don’t suggest going there if your doing a simple return under 100$ they will tell you that you can’t do cash returns with a receipt. They will upsell you and if you decline they’ll pressure you. Don’t put your money into these short Mfs!
