Alexis was amazing!! We were switching to Verizon. She took the time to explain the phone plans and got us brand new phones. Our carrier was creating difficulties with the port and she was patient and diligent. She made multiple calls to fix the issue and remained calm throughout the entire process. It was the best experience I have ever had in a cellular store! Thank you Alexis! We are very happy!!

I upgraded to the samsung galaxy s20 and got the liquid glass protection which was installed by the worker in the shop. I noticed bubbles around the edges of the screen less than 24 hours after i left the store. After looking closer at the screen i found out the plastic shipping cover was never removed before the treatment was applied. Way to waste my time and money Verizon on Hood Road in Killeen. After three weeks of runaround, still no solution.
