I got a new phone for the first time in 4 years yesterday at Verizon Troy, Alabama. The gentlemen who helped me was Theary. He was by far the best person I have ever dealt with at any cell phone store. His patience with me and knowledge of the phone was amazing. He got my mother and I the best deal we could get. He personally put his contact info in my phone(with my permission of course)and said to reach out to him with any questions or if he could be of any help. I would recommend this store to anyone just because he works there. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a retail store. Wish I could give 100 stars.
