First, I would like to apologize for my Aunts rude and verbally abusive behavior while at the Bessemer Verizon store.Her abrupt and negative comments to these two young women were ridiculously inappropriate and it’s not because she is 82, it’s because she feels entitled!First, I would have refused to assist her based on her behavior, attitude and ridiculous statements while she was seperating her phone line because she is moving back to the west coast. So it’s a good thing I DO NOT work for Verizon!!!!These two reps are awesome and deserve a huge kudo’s for their patience and professionalism.
