Ok so my phone decided it didn’t want to charge any more and I stopped in to my local Verizon Store to see it they could revive it with jumper paddles or some magical power strip. I was greeted by a very kind and friendly Will eager to help me. I was told that my phone was dead and there is no bringing it back. Here I am panicking inside that this was going to be expensive and that I was going to be taken. I’m here to tell you that Will took very good care of me! I looked at me account and explained to me all my options. And told me which option would be the best bang for my buck.Will was super informative and knowledge. He answered all my questions down to the silliest question I could possibly come up with. I can’t say enough good things about him!The store was very clean, costumer were greeted promptly and they had a great stock to choose from.
