I went to this location and had fantastic customer service with Brian Joseph. He wasn’t pushy at all and listened to and explained many of my concerns and questions I had. Many people would get annoyed when having to repeat answers to me but he didn’t. I would highly recommend visiting this location. 10 star rating

Scammers, they lie straight to your face. Worst customer service experience ever. They make you believe they are helping you and when you get the bill, you realize how shady they are. I’ve gone to another Verizon store and they have been very upfront. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Don’t Trust these scammers !!! They’re charging $30 for a sim replacement. The girl in the store is really rude and incompetent. Verizon shouldn’t allow their high prestigious name be attached to an AUTHORIZED RETAILER !!! Always go to a corporate store People !! Never go these AUTHORIZED DEALERS.
