Verizon automatically updated my Samsung Note10, and phone’s stuck on the Verizon checking apps screen/won’t load to start phone. I went to the closest Verizon store, and will wait a few days for a replacement Samsung Note10. Expecting arrival tomorrow… will update to 5 stars after I’m able to transfer all my apps onto the replacement phone.

I’d drive for 20 minutes to get here , They didn’t take care of me, they didn’t let me in, they close before the schedule that should be. They should have consideration and respect for the client. They don’t care about helping. Whoever I just don’t recommend this place

Verizon phone support had me running in circles for over a month trying to resolve a billing issue I had that was Verizon’s fault. Visited the store to try resolving the issue. I was lucky enough to have Alejandra (Allie) help me. She really advocated for me with the Verizon phone support and we were able to have a month-long dispute resolved in a matter of minutes. Very grateful for Allie and the great customer service she provided. Went above and beyond compared to the Verizon phone support which was not very helpful in the matter.
