A big shout-out to this Verizon store! Always the BEST customer service of any store, but yesterday I went in to see two employees wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant wipes. They do this several times a day. Kudos to them!

The employees at this store are very rude. This is the second time I have been here to try to get help with my emergency on call phone for my property. This is unacceptable as our company does a lot of business with you. The employees at this store need to have some serious customer service training. I will no longer be using Verizon and will switch carriers because of the poor treatment to me and other customers standing in line.Update 03/23/2021I went to the Verizon authorized retailer on el camino in Sunnyvale and was helped right away and took 15 minutes to solve my issue and have me on my way. Definitely a problem with the employees at this store mainly the employee Giovanni I hope you take action against this employee as I am sure I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience with him. I will never visit this store again and you should really provide better training for this staff.
