OUTSTANDING SERVICE HERE!!! Julius is awesome and I am so happy we decided to come here. We ordered 3 brand new phones and accounts with them.PROS-Outstanding customer service with Julius! This store makes everything harder. First, I waited for a rep even though at least two staff were on their phones not paying attention to customers. All I needed was a SIM card for my new phone. When a rep finally came to help, she couldn’t explain why my old SIM card didn’t work in my new phone even though they’re the same size. She also couldn’t simply provide one to me even after I gave her my telephone number and followed the tedious steps for her to gain access to my account (Verizon, am I really going to hold everyone up while I read the terms of service on the risks of your own staff accessing my account? Maybe screen them better instead of holding me responsible for their failures!). When I’ve needed a new SIM card from AT&T in the past (several times with a corporate account at work), it was as easy as providing the telephone number to the account. They scanned it to associate it with the line and I was on my way. Verizon and this store make everything harder!
