Terrible management and worse costumer service definitely. They gave me wrong advice and when I ended up to the unexpected bill non of them took responsibility. Even store manager did not bother to follow up with his team or response to my email. At least they could apologize but nothing except ignoring. I have never seen this terrible costumer service!

Even after we spent more than 4 hours in this store, even after we must wait 1h 40m to talk to a Costumer Service Representative (normal on Black Friday) to continue an extra 40 minutes conversation with them to get an answer “we will call you back in 10 minutes”, even if we had to stay in this store in person to resolve a problem that became when a Verizon’s Manager in a difference store gave us a completely wrong information coasting us wasting time instead to be relax at home, we were very lucky to get assisted by 2 very professional, respectful and helpful person at Verizon on Market St, I want to say THANK YOU, gracias, merci, Dankeschön, obrigado, grazie, arigato, to CALEB (Manager) and DEVIN (Solutions Specialist) to showed us how much interested they were to resolve our problem. I want to mention as well that we really saw how much they worked for us, following Verizon’s standard and procedures, but better than this is the great attitude, smile and passionate for Costumers they showed to us, seriously guys, you really deserve more than 5 stars. Congratulations to the Manager to keep a great costumer of services because it was much better than excellent.
