Very poor customer service. Which is unfortunate because I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Substandard service, was not at all helpful with any of my questions and essentially just told me to go online and figure it out. I came to the store because I obviously needed help. Go to a different verizon or just try customer service over the phone.
