I was trying to resolve an issue with a simple flip phone that just died after four months of service. The phone belongs to my 89 year old mother who has dementia. Just wanted to get it replaced. The sales person requested mom’s picture ID which I did not have with me. I have POA for mom but do not carry a copy with me .So, even with my mother present and providing all account info I could not get her defective phone replaced.I intend to close her account and select a provider with customer support.I personally am not a Verizon customer and never will be after this lack of support

They had the item I wanted and I was able to pick up phone same day BUT THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. I needed help setting up my new phone and they wouldn’t do it. They referred me to Best Buy. What the hell! Won’t purchase through this store again unless they get employees who are willing and able to help.
