Was pleasantly surprised when I had to purchase a new phone. My old Galaxy 6s had run its course and the battery would just not hold a charge. Had to upgrade do the new Galaxy 10s+. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me decide what I needed, as well as, what I should do to transfer all my information.When I got home, I had everything that I needed and their instructions were perfect. While it is difficult sometimes to predict the problems that I might run into, they did a great job of preparing me for problems that I might find.Plenty of parking right behind the Verizon store. And I only had to wait 10 minutes, without an appointment.

This place only has one goal, to sell phones and new lines. They don’t have any interest in any other service or care for their clients.My dog got hold of my phone and the screen was slowly bleeding though, customer service told me if I when to the store they can help me save the data I needed. So I did. When I got there I explained to the manager that my screen is slowing bleeding out( that’s the best way I can describe the damage)and I needed to access my data ASAP. He had me wait for my turn which took an hour. By that time I could not see anything on the screen, the representative told me there is nothing they can do cause they can’t access the screen. REALLY!!!I TOLD THEM IT WAS AN EMERGENCY.
