I’ve been to this location 3 total times and each time was treated with up most respect, I’ve been with Verizon 2013 and been to many franchises not retail stores and this corporate store is on of the best I’ve been too… although most the time I’m well informed and sometimes sounds like I know more then some associates that’s simply because I stay informed with Verizon moves and been with the company for too long… not mention I was with Verizon on a family member plan before i got my own.

I used to love Verizon stores. People were so nice. So helpful. It was almost fun shopping. What a different experience now. I hated it. Can’t touch nothing. The spray cleaner. Felt like a hospital. Very unwelcoming. No help with basics like a screen protector. Cold. For me I just hated the entire shopping experience. That was my last time going to a Verizon store. I have been with Verizon 20 years. Shopping around. Never doing that again.

This particular store is ran will. The associates keep the place clean and are diligent in keeping customers from touching everything. I wasn’t allowed to touch a single product until I paid for it. And I appreciate that. If you’re in the store, you’re probably there to buy something or are in the beginning stages of planning to buy something, which the employees know. So their focus has been to uphold store policies to keep their customers safe from COVID. With that said, it’s nice to know that they care and are great at enforcing these policies in a non-confrontational manner. Thanks staff! I will remember this, next time I need to get another phone.
