I just left Verizon after 11 years. In the past month I’ve had my phone stop making calls & texts twice. It took 3 weeks to fix after they tried sending me back & forth with insurance. The newest update did the same. You cannot talk to a person and everything HAS to be text. It takes HOURS & they fix nothing. I was sad to leave, but the only way to get help is to take it to Twitter and do it publicly.At this location they make you stand outside. The man that came out was nice enough, but directed me back to the phones & endless we can’t help you.Do NOT go Verizon. A tin can and string instead. It is more reliable.
