Today was my final payment due largely to the customer service received in this store. Below is my original review. No one contacted me. Nothing happened. The best I got was the canned reply of “oh no dear me oh my, we’re sorry you didn’t have a good experience.” Good riddance.— Original Review —It’s pretty disappointing that the employees are more interested in texting others on their phones.The manager, with her back turned, couldn’t be bothered to speak to actual customers.I’d love a reply, and a direct number to speak with you, Manager on duty 10/05/2020 2:00pm-4:00pm.

I went to Walmart looking for cell service. The worker Martin was dishonest. I didn’t understand a lot of what he said. But a phone for $4, waived activation fee. I got my first bill and bill was doubled what he said would be. He totally backtracked when I went back.
