These guys were very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to get my phone working. They couldn’t fix it so they ordered another one and it should get here in next day delivery. They even suggested I bring it back and they would down load everything from this phone or upload☺️ I know nothing about phones . So they were very helpful to me. I recommend them to the highest.

I went to this Verizon location looking for help as it appeared that my phone had been infected by some type of virus. The staff member they help me was was knowledgeable and help clear my phone of the suspected viruses. They also took the time out to show me how to do it myself in the future just in case I ran into any other instances that could potentially threaten my phone and the skirt I of my phone. The store was clean and well organized and it wasn’t crowded during this visit. However, I have been to this particular location when it’s been super busy and when it is super busy sometimes the wait can be lengthy just keep that in mind if you visit this location during a busy period of the day.
